Initial Comments:
An off-site follow-up survey conducted on December 5, 2022 found that OnePlace Home Health, LLP (Deemed Status), had corrected the following deficiencies cited under 28 Pa. Code, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart G. Chapter 601. The deficiency was cited as a result of an unannounced onsite state re-licensure survey conducted on September 27, 2022 and off-site on October 3, 2022.
